Protective Film

Maintenance: Day 1 To Day 5/7(depending upon tattoo complexity)

A fluid formation may occur under the film which is totally normal; It's called plasma, It helps your tattoo heal. Do not try to squeeze it out. Daily examination of the tattoo is a must (We request you to share a good picture of the tattoo once in a day. make sure you maintain the film and keep it on for the period suggested by your artist. In case, (a) it comes out partially or totally, please visit the studio and get the film replaced. (b) if you notice inflammation or irritation under the film or around the tattoo, kindly reach out to us and we shall guide you further

Removal: Day 5/7 (depending upon tattoo complexity)

To facilitate the removal of the film, it is advisable to do it under the shower after letting some water run through it. – Lift a corner of the film and pull it downwards, towards the center of the tattoo until removal is complete. If Dermalize Protective Film is hard to pull off the skin, simply let some warm water run under the tattoo film, so that the glue becomes tender and removal of the film is easier. Wash the tattoo with mild soap and water, gently dry it and let it breathe for about 24 hours before you start applying aftercare products.

Pampering: Day 8 to 15

Coconut oil is gentle enough to use during any stage of the tattoo process. Apply coconut oil twice a day (Application recommended when you are indoor) for a week. After a week you can switch back to your regular skin routine
